Raynor Door Co., Inc. of the Quad Cities

Haven't ever used this service but the employees are pretty rude and painfully unaware of their surroundings. Wouldn't use or ever recommend this company based off employee interactions. Please remind your employees that they're a representation of tbr company they work for when driving the vehicles and wearing their uniform.

Fast repairs. Reasonable prices. Friendly people. The website has an excellent visualizer of different colors and styles.

Im very displeased with service calls. Everytime its close to $100 to just come out in the last year they have had to be called at least three different times. The latest happened this past Friday. My new cables that were replaced a few short months ago by Greg were just dangling. This time its the torchen springs. So here we go with another service call charge and in a couple months probably another. I definitely would not use this company!

Called Tuesday afternoon about getting a new garage door opener installed they gave me a quote said it would be next week before they got to it and someone would call and schedule the service it's now Friday morning and haven't heard back from them.
