West Bend made my claims process smooth and simple with my recent pipe freeze. The adjuster and claims team put a lot of trust and faith in me to be making some quick decisions to minimize property damage and disruption to my tenants which I greatly appreciated. When it came time to process the payment for the repairs it was a quick phone call with the adjuster and a check was in my mailbox within the matter of a few days. Thanks for the help!

Love the honesty. But insurance rates went up because of technology and weather but I own older vehicles and haven't had weather issues I shouldn't have to suffer
