So after literally months and repeated phone calls and as a result of my initial review Ferguson finally did the right thing by us. So I will modify my review accordingly. I will only say to double check everything with them very carefully so you get it right the first time. If they had only done the right thing from the beginning this review would have been very different. I'm not changing my rating but no longer feel as negative towards them as I did before. I am leaving my original review here for perspective and so you can be aware when you do business with them.

Do not do business with this company! We special ordered an appliance through them for a new home build. THEY made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing from the manufacturer. We did not discover the error until we went to install the appliance. Ferguson eventually (after photo and electronic evidence was presented to them) acknowledged the mistake was theirs but refused to accept any responsibility for it or make any efforts to correct it. The only person representing Ferguson management was absolutely a pain to work with. They are dishonest, unethical, uncooperative and I could use a few more personal derogatory terms to describe them. Stay away at all costs. If I could do zero stars or negative stars I would.
