From my daughter-Today August 1, 2023, I went into the nail shop Nails Now as Im new to the area and was looking for a nail tech for my birthday week celebrations. Upon arrival I showed the gentleman a picture of what I was wanting done and asked if he could do it. He replied yes and stated that I must pay $130 for my nails and a pedicure. He actually cut my toes while filling but I had already paid and was thinking accidents happen. So when we continued to my nails he then informed me he couldnt do what I had asked for up front and didnt even have the color to just do solids and followed it up with he doesnt know how to do it and he doesnt do tips. When I asked for my money back he informed me I couldnt get it back because he preformed a service. I left in tears, cut toes and badly done nails.

Linda (the owner) was amazing! They are one of the original nails salons in baldwin county and its clear why! Their knowledge and kindness is beyond any experience Ive had in the many salons Ive been to- I just wish they were in every city so everyone could experience this kind of top-of-the-line service.
