        I used to recommend this business to others, but no longer. After doing my taxes for more than 10 years I suddenly get a bill that is nearly 40% larger with no explanation, and a breajdown of costs (only after asking for 2 months non-stop), that merely indicates someone who had NO IDEA ANYTHING ABOUT MY BUSINESS was put on the account. At an enormous expense to ME. So the reason someone chooses a business that is premium is precisely because one does NOT need to re-explain the business every year or have someone who is clueless on the account. That is gross. I could not be more upset.
