Left my car overhead light on for 3 days while in a hotel downtown as I discovered when getting ready to leave to go back to Truckee. Besides Jeff getting there quickly he was calm, kind and communicated while he was on his way. He told me my battery was in bad shape and not to turn the car off. I had enough gas to make it home and went right to my mechanic for a new battery. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much less stressful. If I am ever stranded in SF again (I hope I won't be) I know who to call. Thank you! Service: Battery

Dan was super fast over the phone, quick responses and quick diagnostic for a dead battery after I left my car sitting for over a couple months/weeks in the garage. Less expensive than RepairSmith and they were available in less than an hour. Great for downtown SF support inside a 6-story garage.

Extremely rude staff and super unprofessional. Asked to be paid upfront without even looking at the problem. When confronted he said I don’t know if you have enough money in your card. Left in such a rush without giving a damn to explain any detail. So rude and poor service. The business owner told me he will send me the staff back but waited 40 minutes with empty promise.
