        Absolutely terrible experience with these guys. The 2 times that I have used them for home delivery, they never showed up for delivery or even called. I had to call them & track down my own package & have the delivery rescheduled. When I ask why my package wasnt delivered, they dont have an answer & have to get back to me.

        This company is horrible at communicating and even worse at scheduling. After 1 canceled delivery, one no show/no call with zero assistance from customer service, they finally deliver the 600lbs shed kit They ignore my repeated requests to put it where showed them, on the driveway, which was all of 8 ft further on a concrete driveway, so I could park my car. I am really disappointed that the vendor used this 3rd party delivery company and will never order from them again if this is their standard delivery company. CEVA Logistics is not a good choice.
