Honor Franklin Myofunctional & Speech Clinic

I came to see Dr. Franklin after having double jaw surgery for an overbite. Dr. Franklin helped me understand how great an effect that an incorrect resting posture of my tongue contributed to the issues I had. I was hesitant to start therapy at first and questioned whether it was necessary, but I quickly began to notice results. Going through her program is a big commitment that you have to be willing to put in the work for, but you will be very happy with the results at the end. Thank you Dr. Franklin for being a part of my jaw surgery journey.

Dr. Franklin's exceptional skills changed my son's appearance and we are so happy with the result. Amanda's kindness and thoughtfulness made the whole journey a lot smoother. Highly recommend Dr. Franklin to anyone who needs such treatment!

Dr. Franklin has been a life-saver! She is extremely knowledgable and her insights about oral-facial development are invaluable. I've done a tremendous amount of research and have seen 4 different ENTs, a sleep specialist, and orthodontist for my 9 year old... and STILL learned quite a bit of of new information from Dr. Franklin. I wish we saw her sooner but thankful we are finally able to have definitive answers and solutions to helping our little guy breathe, sleep, and function better.

5 stars doesn't even begin to adequately rate Dr Franklin and Amanda or this practice. I came to her 8 years ago seeking her opinion on an open bite with a tongue thrust, and entered her treatment program 6 years later. I have now successfully "graduated" and am so thankful that I found her. While her program is by no means, easy, it does produce results IF you listen to what she says and do what she tells you to do. Dr Franklin is no-nonsense and knows her stuff but does it all with the biggest smile and personality this side of Texas. She held my hand for every step of my jaw surgery and, along with Amanda (who deserves her own review in and of herself-most organized, kind, on top of it professional I've ever met), was my biggest cheerleader. She knows when to push you and when to back off and there is no one else like her. If she wasn't in Dallas, I would fly in to see her, but lucky for me she's at my doorstep. Don't waste your time seeking other professionals who might be cheaper, closer, or have a "new" therapy, Stick with the expert who is tried and true and who literally "wrote the book" on myofunctional therapy. You won't be sorry that you did. And when you graduate, you'll come back and write a glowing review yourself because you're so grateful that you were a pateint of hers.

Dr. Franklin has truly changed my daughter for the better. We came in for Myofunctional and Speech, and after a year, my daughter has improved so much! Dr. Franklin always explained the services in great detail and really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and her amazing staff. Dr.Franklin isn't just a great doctor, but she gets to know her patients and makes sure they are happy and comfortable when visiting her. Her assistant Amanda is also amazing and she is so accommodating and understanding. Dr. Franklin and Amanda are so helpful and two of the sweetest people.
