If your fighting for your kids and are on a tight budget this is the way to go. It's not a easy process but it works. You will do all the foot work but you will get step by step guidance. After following the steps. I went in front of the judge this month and to my surprise. The Judge had a new found respect for me. I want every father to know. It's new times in TX and mothers are not favored anymore. Fathers for Equal Rights is a great organization.

I have had to deal with court for three years and after just a year of being with Father for equal rights I have more rights as a parent in the final orders than I had with other attorneys and they made me feel confident in myself they gave me knowledge of things that I didn't have before and they are fantastic and helping out parents that can't afford attorneys and they are very knowledgeable in what they do and they've been doing it for a long time

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!!! VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE TOTAL DISRESPECT RECIEVED FROM THE LACK OF SERVICE. I ASKED FOR CREDENTIALS OF A STATE OR BAR CERTIFICATE FROM THE DIRECTOR HE REFUSE TO SEE ME AND NO ONE COULD SHOW ME ANYTHING IN WRITING .DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY FIND A REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAN DO MORE THAN HAVE EGOS AND LIP SERVICE.

You have to want to listen! Being right is not all there is to it. I have been a member of Fathers for Equal Rights for over 16 years, High conflict divorce is just that. the place attracts and is attractive to people who have issues resolving issues. Right fighting is not a "family value", Ffer has helped me to resolve many issues, I now volunteer my time to the organization! it works for people who want it. and causes others to see many times what they need to see. that Our Children are not a trophy, and Being right is not always in the best interest of what is "in the big picture" Best For our kid's. Hurting people... hurt people and angry people can make others Angry. " by pointing out others who they are angry with as their new person who just didn't do it right. Being Graceful... Can cause Gratitude. the negative comments about this place are one in a thousand whom have been helped. compare that to how many families they have helped and not left testimonials. they have been Helping over the last 45 years. They Helped Me, My kids, and my Quality of life! It was the hardest thing I have ever gone through. But we made it! Thx
