        Horrific company to deal with. They will try to extract every last dollar from you. Service technicians are clueless. Sales guys in the office will harass you to no end to replace equipment that does not need replacing. After spending hundreds of dollars for them to try and troubleshoot a simple error in our fire detection equipment, and them telling me I had to spend thousands on a new control panel, I eventually lost patience and called another company. the issue was resolved in 1 hour for $200. I then cancelled my monitoring with Firetrol and months later I am still given the run around for a $400 refund that is due to me for the annual monitoring. The only thing these guys care for is invoicing you, and the bigger the better. do yourself a favour and stay away.
