This place has really gone down hill these last few years. I know the 5 star reviews are fake. Every costumer I've worked for have numerous complaints. The employees have the same complaints. We can't work multiple jobs and get OT is stupid. Pay sucks even when customers gave me a raise they had issues with it. It's a whole other job to make sure you get payed especially when you're in Ot. Ive been told to manage my money better , when I couldn't make the next shift and didn't get payed the day before. Something has to be done, when you call in they have certain rehearsed lines to repeat no matter who answers. You won't see more jobs with a background check. I think they using that as a way to restrict or eliminate employees without notice. P.s. if someone wants to hire you that customer has to buy out the contract smh, I mean what's the point here besides making yall rich. I don't think it's fair People Ready makes the same hourly wage as the employees. Can i work for yall costumer service???
