This operation is notably unaware, staff poorly trained , which produces an untenable experience for the customer. I scheduled a cool sculpting appointment with the office staff for July 3. The scheduling process was rather unprofessional because non of the staff could answer simple question. When I finally scheduled the desired procedure, the offic called to confirm my scheduled procedure the proceeding Friday. The office followed up with a confirmation e-mail on July 1. Then on July 2nd , I record a text asking to respond if I was going to make my appointment. Then on Thursday morning July 3rd, the morning of my appointment, a received a voice mail cancelling my appointment, asking me to call their office. When I returned the call two hours before the scheduled appointment, I was transfer to three different individuals. Then informed they did not perform the procedure they had sold me, scheduled and confirm. Upon asking when the service no one could verify when the procedure had been discontinued. With such inefficiency, uninformed staff and outrageously poor customer communication, I would fear having anyone in the office performing any procedure on my body. There are very capable and trained professionals in the Dallas market. Choose someone different and better prepared.

This review is for Karen, not the current management staff, who drove this location to the ground. Karen is literally the best in the business, and an amazing human too, so if you're looking for her, contact Derm Lounge Med Spa at The Shops at Park Lane. You will not be disappointed!

This review is regarding this establishment's customer service...or lack thereof. I tried numerous times this week to set up an appointment. I new exactly what service I was interested in, and tried contacting them via phone, email, the contact form on their website, as well as via direct message on social media (I tried that as an absolute last resort), and I never received ANY response. It was so bizarre—no one ever answered the telephone, I left voicemails and no one returned my calls, and no one responded to my email, direct message, or message I sent using the contact form. I've never in my life had to beg a med spa to take my money.😐 So yeah, I took my business elsewhere.
