I’ve been using this service for a while now.., the First Lady that came Tracy was excellent but then she moved. The next lady was ok she’s a nice lady but cleaning is not her forte but I wanted to give her a chance needless to say 4 hours of nothing. I’m sorry but I walked into my house today l and couldn’t tell she did anything but change my sheets. Not coming back after this ....

Never have good management. Very rude and you can't pay a check on Thursday afternoon. How do they make money . You get denied survive on Thursday afternoon. Wow this cleaning service sucks . And don't have very good housekeepers.

Always enjoy Mary coming out to clean our house. When I come home at the end of the day it's fresh and ready to go! Also enjoy the reminder calls so I know which week she's coming (we only do every other week). We've used Shannon's off and on for years. Best money you can spend to help support a relationship! If you don't have to spend your free time cleaning, you can spend it together with your family instead.
