Went with my dog for her third grooming appointment (she had been to the place twice before) since we moved from the UK to Dallas. My dog is 13 years old and has had vaccinations since she was born, she is in perfect health and was checked thoroughly before I brought her here otherwise i wouldn't have been able to bring her to the US. At her first appointment I was asked to provide her medical card which she has had vaccinations as required in the UK since she was born. The receptionist was rude beyond words, she had always been passive aggressive since the first appointment but i shrugged it off, she is not the first person to be rude...its the world we live in. She told me my dog didn't have the required vaccinations and told me to present her vaccination card (it was the same person who saw her card at her first appointment). I had to go back home and collect her card, she looked at the card and said she didn't have the required vaccinations. I called my dogs Vet in the UK and the they said she was fine, mind you she has had yearly check-ups for 13 years. eventually I was too tired to argue with her and left with my dog not groomed. I have found another place for her to get groomed and safe to say we will never go back there!!

My dog loves to go to daycare at Ruffit. He gets so excited when I get his harness out in the morning to head out. Upon arrival, the staff greet him with a big smile and Hey Klaus! He is exhausted when I pick him up. Sleeps all the way home and pretty much comatose through the night. And best of all, the new pick up drive through line. So excited to use this service. We have boarded him as well and the experience was great. Thats Ruffit for taking good care of Klaus!
