I love this company! We've used them multiple times. I know it helps that they are 5 minutes from work, but their service and product is amazing! We've done logos for backpacks and all the types of apparel. They are super responsive through the whole process. The price is very reasonable for each embroidery (honestly it's cheap, so I feel bad, but the product they produce is amazing).

Professional, experienced owners who offer exceptional high quality products and service is what I feel the website presents. Ive spoken to the owner and and staff. They are extremely knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate working with them.

Really disappointed with our experience with Embroidery Graphix. Our 1st order was handled by Scott, the owner. He was pretty unfriendly in communication and it felt like pulling teeth to get the information we needed and responses back. 1st order eventually received - 2nd large order for Christmas he was again incommunicative and although I asked what his production time would be, he never provided it. Although I kept him abreast of the shipping transit time for the items we were sending to him, after we shipped him our hats, he pulled out saying he didn't have time at the last minute, leaving us in a lurch at the holidays. Thank goodness I found a great company that was able to do it within 1/2 the time and was pleasant to work with (JZ Embroidery) . I recommend that Scott get some someone else to handle his direct communication with customers. Service: Embroidery designs
