AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you have an important event!!! I got dip and tips for my WEDDING and they did an absolutely awful job. I literally left in tears and had to go to another place to have them fixed. Dip was lumpy, uneven, not the shape I asked for. Nail techs were entirely unresponsive every time I asked them to fix my nails and actually somehow made them worse. Were also extremely aggressive with the clippers and cut both me and my mom. Very rude, wasn't greeted when I walked in or anything. The lady at the back asked "what you need" after I turned around to leave out.

Very bad experience here. I asked them to put acrylic over my largest toenail before painting the nail because half the nail had come off from a prior accident - instead, they didn't do so and painted over my skin. Went to another salon immediately after to get it fixed. My manicure was not good either - the dip was extremely thick and misshapen, she didn't even do anything with the nails (e.g., lotion, trimming cuticles, etc.), yet it was $33. I was sitting in my chair after with no one helping me for about 15 minutes waiting for an eyebrow waxing and ended up just trying to leave (but then as soon as I stood up they told me they could wax them). Overall a really bad experience that cost me $93 without tip. The fact that I immediately went to another nail salon after to fix my pedicure speaks volumes. Never again.
