Being told I won’t get my DMV release unless I send a cashiers check and refuse to take a card payment over the phone. Then when asked why they refuse to give me an answer I’m told I have to wait 45 days with a card payment and he couldn’t even explain why it works that way. Super unhappy with this place.

Lady called me was very rude and unprofessional . she didn't want to hear anything i said . sorry but she got hung up on i do not and will not listen to people that don't listen to me. She has threatened to have my license suspended of which i will appeal as i am in the process of counter suit of her client and her clients client due to insurance fraud of which they promote

Lady I spoke with today was screaming like crazy without listening to anything I had to say (don't want to mention any names even though I should ). I would expect to speak to someone that is trying to help me with any questions I have in order to solve my issue, but that was not the case.

This company is phishing for information to build false insurance claims. They are a collection agency and will try to intimidate you into giving them information. Always contact your own insurance company and communicate with them only.
