Dont ever take your loved ones here because I needed care because of my disability and my catheter because of my kidneys and Ive fallen twice because of this facility out of bed and my Peri care and catheter care were not done properly and I ended up in and out of the hospital a lot Dont ever bring your loved ones to senior care/Fair, Park, rehabilitation center because they care was not done properly and neither of this staff cared enough to make sure to give me a shower whenever I was scheduled for a shower or make sure I was cleaned properly for my catheter care and Perry care there. PCAs would have an attitude whenever you ask them to be changed or cleaned up concerns were never properly addressed with anyone and I just would highly recommend you not sending your loved ones here to Senior Care/Fair Park rehabilitation center and they have a tendency to make it verbally look good but the place stinks like you can tell theyre not taking proper care of their patients because as soon as you walk in the door, it smells like urine and feces dont ever seen your loved ones here. They are horrible. Would not recommend them at all, and I was even told. One time when I refused to let them take out my IV for my antibiotics that if I didnt let them take out the IV when the doctor said she wanted it left in, but they couldnt reach the doctor to confirm it that I had to sign a piece of paper, saying they were not responsible for if I got sick, so unless you want to let points to be neglected and not taken care of properly in Senior Care/Fair, Park, rehabilitation center of south Dallas do not send them here and this is just what I went through personally, poor management to poor staffing, poor management and you could tell they just didnt care so if you love your love ones, do not send them here and I went through this from March of this year until earlier this month this is my personal experience, oh, and the only time they address any true concerns was one we were jumping like jack rabbit, when the state would finally come in because so many people called on them
