I was referred to Don's Diamond TIle by my plumber, Benjamin Franklin, after I asked the plumber for a recommendation on tile repair to my shower pan. Don and his son, Austin, came out and checked my shower pan grout, checked it with a moisture meter and determined there was water damage beneath the floor tile and partially up the walls. I tried caulking the exposed shower floor grout but with no success. Don gave me the estimate and we proceeded with the job. I went to Floor & Decor (15th St Plano TX) to select compatible tile and worked with Shelly, Don's contact. We selected the tile and Don picked up the tile and grout for the job. I had my plumber, Jason Holder, at Benjamin Franklin, extend the drain and PVC piping as instructed ny Don to accommodate the new drain. Work started on a Monday and ended Friday, with time in-between for drying. On Monday, Don and his team, Austin, Angel and Omar, removed the shower door and panel, and began removing the tile. We could see the water damage. The shower pan was not installed correctly by the prior contractor 10 years ago. After everything was cleaned up and the new drain and piping was installed, workbegoaqnon laying the liner, the mortar and drain. Then the tile was install, grouted. John and Marc from County Line Glass, recommended by Don, reattached the free-standing shower door and front panel perfectly. Now my shower pan drains perfectly, my tile is perfect and the shower door closes better than ever! Don't team took the time to explain to me the process as work progressed and cleaned up at the end of each day and protected my hallway wood floors with plastic tarping. I have attached before and after photos. I am very happy and will call Don for future tile work and remodels! And so should you - you'll be very pleased! Thank you, Don, Austin, Angel, Omar!

Don and his son came all the way to Denton to take care of our Kitchen sink that suddenly collapsed. They were recommended by my Plumber from Benjamin Franklin. I wanted to personally thank Don and his son for the quality and precision work done. The challenge was huge but they spent ample time to fix the problem for me. There are still kind professional people around. I guess you just have to find them. And I have to say that Don and his son are the best of them all - very professional, very warm, and very detailed. Get a second opinion before you spend big bucks to redo your entire shower. I had this company come out at the recommendation of my plumber (sound familiar?) and they said I'd need to rebuild my entire 3-yr old shower at a cost of $14.5K. They never used a moisture meter or anything to troubleshoot my issue. I wasn't going to pay that without a second look. I bought a moisture meter and after further investigation (including removing some drywall in my closet) we discovered that my shower head was leaking between the wall, getting the concrete board wet, and then leaking into the shower through the grout. Twenty minutes later, new Teflon tape, and retightening the shower head and the problem was fixed. Nothing wrong with the shower pan or drain as I was told. This company may do great work, I don't know. But I'd be 100% sure you need a new shower before proceeding.

Father and son team did a great job with our brick! We have some plumbing issues that were urgent that required us to remove the outside brick of our house. They came quickly to remove just the spot we needed and same day as the plumbing got fixed they came back out to put the brick back. Would absolutely recommend them! Quick work and nice guys.
