Great place, good food and free beer! The customer service has gone down hill quite a bit. The last few times the people working the counter are too busy to care, but the food is always fantastic!

We have loved this place since moving to Casa Linda in 2007 and have enjoyed the fresh, yummy food and walkability it could offer our fabulous neighborhoods and absolutely booming and historic shopping center, Casa Linda Plaza. What has happened to this place???? For more than 5 years now we have been calling in food to go, walking to pick it up or just stopping in for what has always been a consistent, fresh and just flat yummy place to get to have smack in the middle of all the great residential homes surrounding white rock lake. Its just disappointing and I would love to know what the reason is for the reason this restaurant has just dropped off in every category and at a time when the energy in this area has just completely shifted and finally feels like the a bustling, hot spot that it originally was designed and used for back in the day. We walked up to place an order to go tonight after the phone rang and rang when we attempted to call ahead and upon arrival saw that it was locked and already closed and yet it was 8:40 and posted on both entry doors it says open until 10pm. This is now the second time I've been absolutely shocked at an encounter with this place and both have happened within the last 2 months. A couple of months ago I called on a Tuesday night at 8:59pm and after someone answered and said Fat Daddy's they proceeded to say, whoops and hung right up on me. I of course called back again and decided that when they didn't answer the next 2 times I called that they must close at 9pm and no big deal that they hung up on me. I mean, its not how I would hope they would handle that in the future but what can you do. I'll survive. Now this...wow. Such a disappointment for a place that has such potential with such great dishes for our White Rock Neighbors!
