I hate UTSW they killed my husband by fluid and antibiotic over loading him. He literally drowned . Dont let them experiment in your loved ones . Go somewhere else . I don't want anyone to experience the agony and guilt I do for taking him there.

Hi there! My son is a patient of Childrens hospital and his provider is from UT Southwestern. I have a copay of $40 for every visit which I pay at the counter in the childrens hospital at the time of visit. But I get a bill mailed to me to pay the $40. I tried calling them trying to explain that I had already paid and it was confirmed by childrens hospital that I dont have to pay twice for a single visit. However the IVR never forwards my call to a human. After trying multiple times, I ended up paying as I got text message that it will be sent to collections. And I did not want to hurt my credit history. Again this year I see this trend is repeating for the March 17, 2024 visit. This must stop. Hope a human gets to see this review!

I was very sick from another West Texas town got transferred here was a blessing on my death bed got the best care you could possibly imagine from the nurses to the doctor's best care you could possibly imagine thank you God for letting me land here God bless all the staff best I mean the very best care possible thank you all so much

This is the worst Allergy Clinic I ever went to, I was being asked for referral before scheduling any appointment, and being asked for bunch of information that they couldve just emailed me, and they never called me for appointment scheduling even if in the message they said they would. Im just feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied about my experience here.
