Ive been a patient of Dr Worrell for over 5 to 6years now or could be longer and I have seen a lot people come and go. But this young office staff that he has now is ridiculous and very rude. If you are a business that accepts cash and or card payments then you should have adequate change to give back to the patients. Dont expect a patient to leave the building to go get change because you dont have it. Its very inconsiderate of the patients that are trying to be seen by the doctors. No type of customer service at all. Now if having change is a problem then maybe they need to have a sign to say if paying with cash please have the exact change for your copay. Then to deny a person to be seen because they didnt have change is unreal. Also the wait time after checking in is ridiculous as well. You shouldnt have to sit and wait sometimes close to a hour to be seen. I love Dr Worrell and the other physicians and I understand some patients visits may take longer than others but not every single time you go you have to wait. The office staff has to get better with their customer service as that itself goes a long way!

Very satisfied with the consultation with the Physician Assistant today, although I forgot to get her name (slim, Asian, female). All I came in for was advice and new prescription on a medicine allergy I was very concerned about, and she was very patient, competent, and professional with me.

Dallas Family Medicine is the worst run doctor's office I have ever experienced. Whether you have an appointment or walk in, you will wait 2-3 hours to be seen. The front desk staff is extremely rude and never willing to accommodate individual patient needs. I have witnessed numerous patients arrive late to their appointment by only 1 minute, and the front desk staff will consider them a no-show, charge them a no-show fee, and then put the patient at the bottom of the walk-in list. These patients are often elderly, non-English speakers and in obvious pain. To make matters worse, once you finally see Dr. Worrell, he will try to sell you on every medical test and procedure under the sun to increase clinic revenue. I came in for a routine medication refill appointment, and he pressured me into getting a sleep study, EKG, drug screening and pap smear. How an osteopathic doctor is permitted to perform such an array of treatments on a well patient is beyond me. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

The NP called Emily is the nicest person i have never seen in any other clinics. I am not an english native speaker. Most of the medical related noun confused me and some of the ppl i saw in the other clinic lost their patience. However Emily was aware of that and gave me a clear explaination of everything. Also she care my illness and did the exam carefully and professional. I am glad that i choose here!

Camillo is a great Doctor, and the only reason I put up with everything that is wrong with this facility! But the wait times are outrageous, and the office staff/billing never seem to know what they are doing. You can arrive early for your appointment time, and you still won't be seen for at least an hour. They will claim to have her voicemails if they call you (even though you never get one). It's truly a mess...
