Terrible service. Canceled my family's flight, leaving us stranded in Las Vegas and telling us there were no flights for 3 days. Didn't help in any way. They claimed it was weather related. They have to say it's due to weather so that they don't have to compensate you. Other airlines had no problem flying that day. So, it was a complete lie. I was forced to pay $1700 on another airline the same day in the same weather to get my family home so we could go to work. They only offered a credit for what I paid them divided per passenger, even though I didn't pay with a credit per passenger. Then I escalated the issue on their website and was told a decision would be made in 10 business days. It's been more than 10 business days and I've heard nothing. I have no optimism about receiving any communication from them, but I can definitely say I'm not using this airline anymore. I'll pay more to fly with another company that provides better service.

Expect people with badges to stroke their ego and treat customers poorly. Im in line to ger carry on bags checked and my bag rips open and this lady yells at me 3x to move. When the lines has 100s of people in it. Just expect being treated like scum here. Southwest in Particular. Theres a difference between talking down to someone and asking someone
