Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas

This is the worst hospital in Dallas! We've been in the ER for 12hrs no room and the nurses are rude. They don't have enough staff. I recommend no one in Dallas or any surrounding areas come here

Best hospital since I have memory they always take care me with my Kidney stones I use others hospitals dont want same names they keep sending me home with painand pills. and and one night I cant take any more pain I decide just wait all night. In the morning I came here. They took only 40 min I had a room. And they try to take some pain and they try. And try they did not give up to I finnaly was pain free and I went to sleep After that my surgery easy and fast love them all doctors they help and nurses even security they ware super nice recommend 100%

This hospital use to be to go hospital but it isn't anymore...Everytime I go to the bathroom its always dirty...I be in the waiting room for 6 to 8 hours they don't care if your suffering or not and some of the nurses are sweet and the rest of them are rude..I have Sickle Cell...Its a good thing I stayed away from this hospital...I really did like the views when I was on the Roberts building and the Pickens building...and the cafe people were nice to me as well..Its just bad enough this place just went down hill...Oh yea The last time I went here was January 2 my platelets were at 1100 which is concerning completely like they didn't keep me just in case to get it down I was pain and they didn't seem to care so whatever I'm not going to them never ever ever again!!!! I guess I don't trust them anymore!! The doctors in the ER barely seemed to care which they didn't.. Parkland nurses and doctors have WAY more respect for their patients than Baylor does. Man I was tryna go & get something to eat when I was in there I had got 2 chicken biscuits and 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies when I get to checkout they're no longer take cash because some homeless people came in there & was taking stuff which was stupid

In response to owner it wont let me click the link. But I just moved here from out of state and this was my first time here. I waited 7 hours here to be seen just to be discharged. No one took any test, any pee or anything just took my blood left a patch on that should have been for some type of medication given to me. I left the hospital still in pain and hurting. Im very hurt behind this. Its almost like they left me to die. I would not be back or recommend this hospital. Im in more pain than I left. My left arm is hurting due to needle and patch that was uncomfortable and for no reason because they didnt do anything with it. I was told I may have colon cancer but how do you tell someone that without doing any type of check behind it. Very bad experience. Almost want to leave Texas behind this also a lady came in with poop all over her and left it in the chairs and the floor and it sat there for over two hours before someone came and half cleaned it and left the rest in the chair.. I almost threw up so disgustingI moved here alone I dont have anyone here and you all made me feel even more alone.. very sad
