        I had a very positive experience with 911 Locksmith and everyone I interacted with. I called several companies trying to find someone who could urgently address a broken door handle and lock, and the 911 Locksmith team not only got someone out that day, but also was prompt, friendly, and professional. Duane did a great job and was able to quickly fix the problem without having to replace the door handle. He was very flexible and patient, working with our schedule, and showed up right on time. He was able to answer my questions and explain the options and then charged exactly what he quoted. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Duane and 911 Locksmith.
