Im thrilled with the service Chris provided me today. He came to my car (apartment) and replaced it in less than an hour. He was friendly and so responsive from the get go. It was so easy and efficient! Please use him instead of the chains because we need to support our local businesses.

After someone broke my driver seat window, I quickly called a variety of companies to come and help me fix the window since the car was at risk of being stolen. It was a push to start vehicle. Everybody else gave me excuses of why they could not do same day services except for this particular company. They came in under 30 minutes and fixed my vehicle window immediately. Super affordable, very friendly and highly recommended

After having a rock thrown threw my window overnight, I wasnt sure Id be able to have it done the same day. Mid cities not only answered the phone quickly, they kept consistent contact with me throughout the entirety of the process! I was made aware of eta, updates on the repair status, etc. While working on my car it was discovered that the window regulator needed to be replaced as well. Not only did they go get the part within 90 minutes, they came back and installed all of the equipment needed in about 30 minutes. When I say this process was smooth, easy going, stress free and hassle free- I MEAN IT! All of my needs were met and expectations were beyond exceeded. Im sure the gentleman was even nice enough to remove of the debris because there wasnt as much glass in my car after he was done. I only had to vacuum a small amount up. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would and theyve definitely made a business relationship with me. Ill be sending any family/friends with glass/window issues this way every time!
