YMMV. And look at all reviews from 2023. These guys are a mess now, too big for their britches, imo. I've had nothing but trouble with getting consistency from this company for the last year. Management pays lip service but does a rush job when they mess up, if they even do anything in the first place. I've given up planting anything, because the crew chops everything down. As well, I understand their winter schedule begins in October, but in the last two months they've done my lawn a total of 3 times, and now fall onto the non-answer excuse of "Yeah, we're in our winter schedule now". Luckily I don't live in Cape Coral, otherwise I know who I'd be sending my civil fines to for having an overgrown lawn. These idiots tried to force a riding mower into my backyard gate and ended up breaking one of the doors. Didn't even know until my neighbor came and let me know my gate was on the ground. So many emails have been sent, and I've given them chance after chance to make things right, and they can't even refund me right.
