I enjoy coming here, Beatriz was patient to explain the details of the procedure and explain how much my total would be. Beatriz was very sweet to send my medication near my house. I saw my results within months!

Dr. Huertas & his staff are very professional & so helpful in answering any questions you may have. I had in-office liposuction of the back, flanks & abdomen & I am extremely happy with my results!! Right after the procedure, the staff was extremely helpful and did amazing helping put on all garments & making sure I was stable before leaving. Anytime I had a question during the post op period, Beatriz was always quick to provide me with a resolution, I never had to wait for a call back. Im finally comfortable in my own skin! Thank you Dr. Huertas for your incredible work & helping me finally feel comfortable in my own skin!

I usually don't leave reviews but feel I should just in case someone decides to go to this office and comes across an employee named Beatriz. I called Dr. Huerta's office to ask if they had received paperwork that they needed from my medical doctor. A young lady was helping me and asking me questions, and finally lets me know that they have some of my paperwork but not all. The person I was speaking with asks if she can place me on hold and I respond"yes". After about a minute on hold, Beatriz picks up, but I can tell by her tone of voice that she's upset about something. She continues to ask me what I needed and I proceed to let her know about my paperwork and immediately starts yelling at me, telling me that she can't make an appointment for me because I have not made a payment. While I'm trying to speak to let her know that I'm calling in regards to my paperwork that they are missing, she's still screaming at me and makes sure to tell me about three more times that because I have not made a payment she will not make an appointment for me. When I'm finally able to speak, I let her know that I'm completely aware that I have not made a payment but that was not the reason I was calling. I just needed to know what paperwork I was missing and how I could get it to them as soon as possible to make a future appointment for a procedure I was interested in. Beatriz was very rude, demeaning, and seems like she has zero respect and zero interest in helping people who call that office. I do want to say that other employees are very sweet and helpful though.
