Tornado Master

Purchase a very expensive in ground concrete storm shelter and it is a good unit except for the fact that the seal they used between the two concrete pieces let’s water in. I contacted them to fix this many times and no one wants to do the right thing and fix the problem. Had to stand in 6 inches of water the other night during a storm and was thankful I had a shelter but upset that my family and my neighbors had to stand in 6 inches of water for almost an hour. Have pumped out the water many’s time but it just keeps filling up. Hope this finds its way to someone at Tornado Masters and get this fixed.

Very nice staff, very helpful! Their storm shelter's are the best quality on the market! I would most definitely refer them to anyone interested in purchasing a storm shelter!
