I can't say enough about how great ESS has treated my business. I purchased two lasers from them in 2003 & upgraded now in 2019. From a no pressure sales approach to outstanding service & support this company delivers. I purchase machines based on support & service & have yet to be let down on my decision.

Bought a Laser engraver from ESS over ten years ago. Their price was great, and their technical support was even better. I few years later we bought a second one. Again superior customer service. But just today we moved both machines from one area of our facility to another, and couldn't get either machine working. Place a call to them and within minutes had machines going again. It is amazing to get this kind of customer service, even though the machines were purchased over a decade ago. I highly recommend buying your equipment from them.
