        As the grandmother of 4 grandchildren ... I was always the one taking them to their dental appointments. In about 2 years of going to this dental office ... a staff member has "never" talked to me about a grandchild's visit ... how it went, if they had any cavities, next steps for their teeth health ... nothing! They would just sent the grandchild out to the waiting room and off we went. With that said ... we changed dentists and at the first visit to the new dentist we found out that my youngest grandchild had five (5) cavities and it had only been 6 months since he had been seen at the CornerStone office. This was totally unacceptable! Also ... as a patient of this office ... I experienced some billing issues. Not a happy customer of CornerStone Dentistry.
