Earlier this year, I was involved in a dispute between myself and the co-owner of a Sunnyvale residential property we had a shared interest in. The dispute was not about the eventual sale of the property, but for compensation for the very extensive renovations and remodeling I had personally performed to the highest standard, over a several year period. There was a mutual agreement that I would be compensated for my work upon the eventual sale of the property. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of doing everything on a trust and verbal level with little to no documentation. The co-owner retained council and wanted an equal share of the proceeds for the sale of the property, and Not to recognize the compensation I had earned. I did Not expect any compensation for value added to the property for all my work, only for my personal time invested in the property as per our mutual understanding and agreement.   I retained Mr. Hoffman to represent me, and as it turns out, it was the best decision I made this year. Mr. Hoffman negotiated a settlement with the opposing parties, in which I received the vast majority of the compensation I had earned, without entering into a prolonged and expensive legal battle. I was very, very pleased with the outcome and representation Mr. Hoffman provided me.   Mr. Hoffman also recommended a Real Estate agent, who also rendered excellent results. They definitely went the extra mile, ( maybe several miles ), and way out their way to maximize the sale price of the property. I honestly didn't think the property would sell for that much.   Having had a personal business experience with Mr. Hoffman, I would describe him thusly,,,, A wealth of knowledge and many years of experience in Real Estate Law, very skilled and competent, detail oriented, practical with a no nonsense approach, a straight shooter, and very, very easy to work with.   I would very highly recommend Mr. Steven Hoffman should you ever require a Real Estate Attorney.                          Thank You Very Much Mr. Hoffman

Eliyahu Yuli Kaplunovsky was the name of the lawyer of this firm ,which who I paid to process my N-400 and accompany me to my interview with U.S citizenship and immigration services of San Jose . Currently I have a very bad situation because this lawyer does not respond to your emails or text accordingly he was also suppose to show up for my interview and stood me up by myself to handle the situation which I emailed him and text him the day before the interview just to confirm and I had no response back from him until a week later , what I don't like is that he took a payment for his service but never wrote me a receipt . I asked him how we can resolve this and he never responded back at all....This is why im writing this review to inform others that are trying to inquire so that it doesn't happen to anybody else , Im very upset and frustrated that I payed him all the money and nothing is being done to resovle the situation. Now I feel like I cant trust any lawers and im still stuck here as a green card holder and I need to save up money for another lawer which im very worried that it might happen to me again. Long story short my experience with this lawyer was horrible .
