        This shop is gigantic and overwhelming . I love Bath and Body Works and needed a few things for Christmas gifts. One thing that was kind of disappointing was that they were very low on options and stock for the carscent portable. So I ended up purchasing just one big candle. Staff were attentive and positive so thank you for that.

        I bought 2 room sprays but my boyfriend hates the smell. I tried to return a few days later and sadly the cashier who rung me up didnt give me a proper receipt so I only got store credit; Im mad because they dont listen to customer even though I have the physical receipt
