So the only positive is they are nice. Other wise I would've given 1star. Requested to talk on several occasions to Leslie never there. Had to call back several times just to start an extra policy because they forgot to return my calls. It's been 3months since I've had some issues with my roadside rv and still no call back. I just tried to call again no agent or anyone to take a payment over the phone. Always someone new answering the phones. Will be switching agents today. Good luck

I have been trying to get refunded for over 6 months now and it took over a year to get my homeowners refunded after I sold me house and had renters insurance!! Lesley does not respond to email and she is never there so now I have been owed over 500$ since May and they do not care!!! Horrible service and I called many times nothing happens!!!
