        They are very great on diagnosing my car. They found out that I needed a motor mount and spark plugs. I have dropped it off at 8am and will get a call when it's done. I really appreciate that they had a shuttle service to take me home till it's done.

        I brought my 2020 Jayco motor home in for warranty work. The chassis is a Ford E450 and while the rest of the motor home is covered by the Jayco warranty, the Ford chassis is supposed to be covered by Ford. For months I’ve been trying to get Ewald to get the warranty process started but all I get is the typical run around you get from most dealerships these days. No returned calls, when I stop in the manager isn’t there, or the service writer is at lunch, etc.
