Ive worked in Residential/Commercial Property Management for nearly 10 years, I know it is no easy career field to be in. I can confidently say, Northwest Property Management may very well be the worst Management company Ive ever had to deal with. If you are looking into living in one their horrendously ran properties, of course I cannot vouch for all but I think I have a pretty good understanding of most of their properties, I urge you to find somewhere else. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE THAT NORTHWEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OVERSEES.

This property management company is terrible and fails as a management company. Their contract with our neighbor as a management company didnt even last over one year. If I could give this property management company negative stars I would. This management company fails to resolve issues. They deflect all issues and are not held accountable; they deflect all accountability and responsibility back out onto the board of directors or the HOA of a residents neighborhood. Just read the reviews; ten out of ten reviews every management answer is a response - contact your board of directors or HOA. 1.9 stars says enough. They dont provide answers and resolutions to issues. Mediocre management company to say the least that does not provide superior customer service that goes above and beyond to resolve issues. note: when you do contact your board of directors about resolving issues; the board of directors says contact the management company. This management company uses EMT Construction company that performs shoddy subpar maintenance and construction repairs. Additionally their contractors speak negatively about their property managers and residents. All was caught on Ring doorbell. They perform repairs in haste to call work orders completed. If you try to speak to the managers in person without an appointment about their contractors or other issues they will turn you away and label you hostile. Own property managed by this company at your own risk. Do not recommend living in any residential property managed by this company.

Ive lived in a property managed by northwest property management for several years now. Not only has Brian, the manager, been rude and disrespectful to me but also has shown zero willingness to help. I wouldnt recommend northwest property management to anyone. Especially with the way their manager handles homeowners in their community. Youd think they would be willing or want to help out homeowners with questions. Every question I asked I was met with a rude response.
