We rented 30 white padded folding chairs for a baby shower, the chairs were absolutely filthy! We had 3 people cleaning chairs in the garage for over an hour. I called that day and informed them of the situation, and was offered an apology. When we returned the chairs, I again complained, and was told that a new employee had given us chairs from the wrong stack, and they were sorry. I was offered NO restitution, or discount. we paid $90 for these chairs, and had to clean every one of them!!! (NICE HUH!) I still have the pictures to prove it!!!

This past summer my children were misbehaving. I remembered that Ed's always have large circus looking tents outside on display. I told my children if they didn't smarten up that I would sell them to the circus. Well that did not work so we took a drive over to Eds. I told them to get out and that I sold them. Needless to say, they were the best kids for several weeks after. Thank you for the tents! :)

I've used Ed's Rental for years. This past visit was for a 40 ft towable man lift for installing Christmas lights in a tall tree. As always the staff was great and the machine was almost new and worked well. I highly recommend them for all types of rental equipment.

My mother went here to rent a tree stump remover about an hour ago and the manager was very nasty to her and wouldnt rent out the machine and the reason that was given was because were from Chicago. I believe it was racially motivated because we are African American and from Chicago, I believe had we been caucasian our experience wouldve gone differently. I do not recommend this business the employees have very nasty attitudes towards people of color!
