Very professional experience. I kept forgetting simple things like time of the appointments and they were always understandable. Like now I just remembered I forgot to send a pic of my Dad for his Obituary. Thank God for their patience.

The staff here was completely unprofessional. There were multiple issues with the funeral home and them completing any tasks. 1. They refused multiple times to take the flowers people had gifted to the church service. There were multiple words of hate exchanged (between both parties, I will be honest). After extensive discussion, they hesitantly agreed. 2. The family was required to find the pictures and create their own picture poster boards. The family purchased those poster boards and took time to put them together because the funeral home would not. 3. Though a minor inconvenience, there was a family member who attempted to relocate some of the plants due to an inconvenient placement and the family member assessed the situation as so. When attempting to move the plants, was confronted by a female who stated, "we have that there to cover the reader at the podium its there for a reason." As the female employee was not aware, the rosary is said from pews, not a podium so it didn't matter where the plant was. She hesitantly agreed but initially wouldn't let the family do what they felt was right. 4. During a rosary service two of the female employees were chatting it up in the foyer area. It was quiet in the service room while there were transitions in prayers. Two of the female employees were standing in the foyer taking pictures with a third female. I walked to the sliding doors to shut them due to the noise and it being disrespectful and they continued carrying on in the hall area. You could very clearly hear them through the doors while prayers were going on. Extremely disrespectful to the dead and the family. I truly hope they read this, reflect and apologize to the family because it was the worst funeral experience and hospitality I have ever seen
