Absolutely do not recommend this shop. There was only one person there when I arrived and they left shortly with their vehicle. So I was the only one there. Anyone else that came in just asked questions or picked up a vehicle. So I was still the only vehicle there to get work done. It took them 4 hours for them to mount and balance 2 front tires and the spare. And rebalance the 2 rear tires. They also told me my lug nuts were hard to get off, which I told them I know theyre a little hard but last time I had them off, they were still ok. So let me know if you pull one off and its bad. Instead they didnt tell me anything and decided to order 18 new lug nuts without me asking to have them replaced. My old lug nuts were just fine. I have plenty of automotive experience to know when something like that needs replaced.
