The guy who removes the parts is great and nice, he gives you a good time, the car parts are great, the only problem is a rude lady who will give you a bad time

I recently moved to Florida, so I did not have a HVAC company to call on. I called AAA Refrigeration they help me figure out why my unit was not running, helped me to get it back running without a service call and even registered my warranty with the manufacture for the unit that they didnt even sell to me. They went above and beyond reasonable expectation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Theyre amazing.

Did not separate batteries or my aluminum just threw it off in same place and paid junk metal price for all

Toby apparently two of our customers thought you needed help and unloaded your items. Their hearts were in the right place but we advise our customers and there is signage telling you to stay with your load until it is weighed. Also understand that our employees do not load or unload your vehicle or trailer, that is your responsibility . Hope you have a better experience next time. Thanks Tammy
