In store customer service has gotten much better over the last year. The associates are knowledgeable, patient and so very helpful. I think the store would be much busier if there was a bigger selection of older model phones, but is pretty well stocked as is.

Absolutely abysmal.
I recently lost a $50 phone I've had for about a year or so and took it as an opportunity to get a new phone.
MetroPCS has always been very good it's very affordable with excellent service...
Enter corporate sellout 2021:
I don't know what's happened in the last year or so but this phone worked beautifully for about a day and as soon as I get home and stopped working I called three different agents and one gets it working guess what they're basically all the same person.
We'll finally I get the phone where it's manageable and then it stops working again after a fun day of Pokemon go fest.
I proceeded to call cut - the - same - cloth yukkos again and bada bing bada boom they absolutely fail on every level
I taken it twice to the store and got a very unsympathetic blank face young lass basically couldn't do anything including alter her expression our offer sympathetic tone after I basically was extremely nice about the situation but they're pretty much all like that at that store under 20-somethings with no world experience whatsoever
Do yourself a favor and find someone else T-Mobile has ruined it like a TNT ruin DirecTV
