I highly recommend this company and recommend them to you. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the technician Tom Rocks! He arrived at the house on time and diagnosed the issue with the boiler right away. He provided me with the estimate and explained it in detail. He is knowledgeable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Was in a dire situation with no heat. Called the emergency line on Saturday 2/17 and was greeted by a woman who flatly told me she could not assist me in any manner beyond calling you all to potentially return my call today, two days later. I was referred to your service as my typical vendor does not perform after hours work.
I attempted to politely explain the concept of the referral but the obstinate agent told me there was nothing she could do. I ended up calling another 24/7 vendor and they assisted me immediately. Thank you to the rude jerk who made me and my pets suffer for two unnecessary days just because she had poor training or was having a bad day. Please fire her.
I will be recommending to everyone and anyone to avoid your business as a result. Do better.

I called at 8:20, the technician was here by 11:30. He was polite and friendly and had the furnace fixed by 12:30. Great response and service! I would definitely recommend Gas Doctor.
