Omaha Steaks

We were super excited to try their products. We purchased chicken breast, filets, and NY Strips. While the product was good it was not superior to what we can purchase at our local grocer which has a great butcher shop. Importantly, we can purchase locally for a less expensive per ounce price. In sum, over-priced for good but not great quality.

I always am beyond satisfied with the products I buy at Omaha Steaks BUT the customer service I am not satisfied with. It seems most of the times I have been to the store I have been waited on by the sales associate Mimi. She seems to be bothered to wait on you when that is her job. Never smiles at you and her attitude leaves at lot to be desired. Her attitude is so bad that the next time I go there I will call first to see if she is there and if so I'll just go another day when she is not. That's how bad the experience is with her. Any other associate I have had a good experience and attitude.

Such a nice experience-Called ahead to see if I could use in store a coupon deal I received in the mail, they said yes-staff member William B remembered my call when I arrived in store and was super nice, picked everything out and packaged it all upeven offered to carry it to the car if I needed! Will be happy to support this store anytime.

Expensive I can get better meat at local mom and pop butchers and not be forced to wear a mask

Lobster Mac and cheese was disgusting!! I would never buy it again, no lobster in it and tasted gross! Had to throw it out it was so bad!!!
