Arrow Florist recently arranged the flowers for my Dad's funeral. They were very helpful in helping me decide what would be nice, The arrangements were beautiful. I was extremely pleased. Thank you Arrow Florist for making it easy for me during a difficult time.

I've probably ordered from here at least 10 times and have always been pleased with their service and attention to detail.  Even in a pinch this past Valentine's Day they were able to make a delivery on an additional order that I placed at 2pm.  In the past they've even gone out of their way to make a re-deliver because the temperature was too cold and the driver was afraid the flowers might freeze if left on patio/front steps. Very friendly folks who own the business and make an effort to remember you and speak to you beyond a quick phone call order (representative of the community they operate in). They are always my first call for any arrangement I am looking for.

This florist advertised online that they offered house plants. When walking in, what greeted me was a dismal assortment of a few random plants covered in a thick layer of dust. They did not seem to be well taken care of at all, and the selection was so tiny that I'm not totally sure what they were even advertising- they barely had enough plants to cover single table.
