I've dealt with a few appraisers over the years, but Ron at Domus is the best of the bunch. All appraisers have to be knowledgeable about housing markets and conditions, and Ron certainly is. What's different about Ron is his professionalism and responsiveness. He communicates really well, in a personal manner. He made it pleasant and easy. Highly recommended -- he serves Rockland County too, which was where our house was.

These guys are top notch. I called at 7AM expecting to leave a VM but a secretary picked up and I had a call back from Ronnie within a few hours. The appraiser Shane was on site within a few days, and had turned the appraisal around just a few days after that. I called again at 7PM to ask a question, again expecting a VM, but the secretary took my name down and within 5 minutes I had a call back. Very professional, highly responsive, and easy to work with. I definitely will recommend Domus to anyone I know needing an appraisal in the area.
