        The technician was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. Only issue is the billing. I was given 2 different quotes and was financed for the higher quote. I was informed management ok'd the lesser since I paid for the initial service call. Been waiting 2 weekd for a call from management

        Just want to thank don and adamn , at first I wasnt happy with the results the fact that they came back and corrected the issue means everything to me. The outstanding customer service I enjoyed the most . Even though I was upset at first don and Adam kept me calm and corrected the issue,& insured everything was going to be okay and IT WAS ! Thank you for coming back immediately and fixing the situation and educating me on toilets & drains as well !
