James was recommended to us by a friend and were glad we took the leap of faith to switch from USAA. With the help of Wendy, we were able to get much better rates and customer service than what we received with being with USAA for years. Wendy went above and beyond and was very friendly & helpful. Will be recommending to family & friends!

I had a great experience with this office. Thomas Henderson was very informative, and took the time to walk me through the whole process of General Liability policy and Workers Comp. that I needed for my business. He takes the time to sit with you as long as possible to answer questions over the phone and is also very knowledable of all issues related to small businesses like mine. I will definetly continue to work with them, since I can rest assure that my insurance matters are well taken care of.

Before the Christmas holiday talk to Thomas Henderson he was friendlier than most. Warm you up until they get your business. the agent he stated will return call on 1/4/24 , wow after repeat call no response. They say he does not work in the office phone number he gave. Why would you give me that phone number and you do not work in that office. Ill tell you why. This is exactly how they treat their clients. Its too early in the year 2024 to be frustrated. Apparently customer services is not big on their list. And imagine if I needed them it would be an issue. This is why their ratings AAA+ say no complaints. Really. They ignore them. From the outside looking in as a new customer.

I have been a customer for a long time that has recently moved out of state and needed to change. I would highly reccomend their services and April has always been great about helping me with coverage options and a quick response time
