Don't understand why APS can't or won't send me a hard copy of my billing statement, I've called them for the last 9 months and I still don't receive a billing statement. UGH!

Very unhappy with their approach and penalty when requested to move the SmartMeter. Sneaky, fascist organization. Avoid if at all possible.

Had a customer service agent hang up on me AFTER waiting for over an hour. Worthless company, questionable fees that no one can explain, and no customer service.
