        I would HIGHLY recommend Main Place Flooring. I used them to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms and I'd do it all over again. Price was extremely reasonable. More importantly - customer service, communication, and responsiveness was TOP notch. I met with Kyle who clearly knows his stuff! They were on time, every time and completed the job within 1 day. They left the place spotless! I look forward to working with them again on additional projects & have already recommended them to others.

        It's been a month since we paid for new carpet in our master bedroom. Not a single word from them so I called. Oh carpet is being delivered Thursday and we will call you Friday to let you know what time we will be there to install it. Yeah. Still waiting for that call. Terrible communication. Too bad, because they have great selection and competitive prices. I just want my bedroom carpeted.

        Have been waiting well over a week for just a simple quote from here. Sad but they wont even return voicemails. Seems like they dont want our business at all. Hoping they can turn it around and earn the business!

We came to them with a deadline and they took care of our flooring needs ASAP so Rumors Hair Salon new location 705 North main St. Cottonwood could have a easy move. Thank you !!
