We went to talk to them about our bill being wrong and to find out why our new device was returned to T-Mobile after it was shipped to us but not delivered and the manager told us he was too busy to talk to us because he was training a new employee. We were confused because, isn't teaching them to handle these issues part of training new employees? We will definitely be taking our business to the other T-Mobile store in town. Maybe they will have time to help us.

I did not receive any help from the clowns employed at this location. I have been a Sprint customer with this storefront for several years. my current cellular device finally stopped lighting up and I asked the t-mobile app for repair assistance? that did not work and I was required to personally ask an employee to repair me insured leased note+ and his answer was to put me on a store landline with a nice again woman named Laow for hours until I finally left th÷ store without any phone assistance and I'm still current with my bill.
now I'm signing a new lease with @VERIZON.

WARNING! Do not go to a T-Mobile store. It has been years since I have been into a store but recently added two lines to my account. T-Mobile now charges $30/line for Assisted Support plus Arizona can charge a tax of about $50/line when purchasing phones in a store. After speaking with T-Mobile customer support I learned I would have saved $160 by adding the lines online. DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE!!

I was visiting my boyfriend in Cottonwood, so had my phone replacement via Asurion (for the second time, since the first replacement they sent was damaged internally) sent to his address. Once again, the phone they sent me was a dud. After running out of options on my own, we headed into this location to get some help. After over an hour of relentless hard work and without even thinking of giving up, Randy was able to get my phone to working order (with no help from Asurion- a separate insurance provider for Sprint). Randy was an absolute superhero. It is customer service like his that keeps me a loyal customer to T-Mobile. I'm not sure what his role is with the company, but the man deserves a raise and a promotion! He really saved the day!!! Thank you, Randy!!!
